Xiah has four classes. Each one fights with two weapon types: a starter weapon you can use from level 1, and a second weapon family that opens up at level 10. Every class learns twelve martial arts of its own, plus a set of focus skills that everyone can learn.
| Class | Weapons | Plays like |
|---|---|---|
| Swordsman | Swords (level 1+), Blades (level 10+) | Straightforward damage dealer with ranged sword chi and a controllable shadow clone |
| Mage | Fans (level 1+), Brushes (level 10+) | Healer and support, the tamer's best friend: heals, party buffs and pet boosts |
| Warrior | Claws (level 1+), Axes (level 10+) | Up-close bruiser who locks enemies down with stuns, blinds and roots |
| Ghost Fighter | Talons (level 1+), Tonfas (level 10+) | Poison specialist: damage over time, fog and a sneaky feign-death |
A classic sword fighter who hits hard at close range and still has answers at a distance.
The support class. A Mage keeps the party alive, buffs everyone and makes tamed monsters much stronger.
Gets in your face and stays there. Warriors control the fight with crowd control and hit several enemies at once.
The poison master. Ghost Fighters wear enemies down over time and have tricks nobody else has.
From level 15 every class can learn the focus skills: Attack Focus, Defense Focus, Accuracy Focus and Life Increase, followed later by Mana Increase (level 20), Fast Healing and Fast Mana Refill (level 25).
